How it works
KSI configuration
To enable KSI integration, users must configure the necessary credentials in the System Settings section of the Repox platform. Once configured, users can specify whether content should be automatically signed when defining the content model for each container or datastream type. If KSI integration is activated, the KSI blockchain handles signature generation, ensuring seamless and secure file signing.

File signing workflow
- File Upload:
- Users upload their files to the platform.
- A cryptographic hash (e.g., SHA-256) of the file is computed.
- Hash Submission:
- The hash is submitted to the KSI blockchain via our secure integration.
- Signature Generation:
- The KSI blockchain generates a cryptographic signature and a trusted timestamp.
- Signature Storage:
- The signature and timestamp are securely stored alongside the file.
- Verification:
- Users can verify the file’s integrity and timestamp by re-computing the hash and validating it against the stored signature
