Data Modeling

At the heart of Repox lies a foundational data model. Users actively design an ontology that mirrors real-world scenarios, which Repox then implements through an intuitive hierarchical framework easily graspable by any user. This ontology entails crafting distinct entities, mapping their interconnections, and, where applicable, appending a micro metadata schema to each. As depicted in the subsequent illustration, this ontology is dynamically visualized as a graph, showcasing all entities. These can manifest as either 'containers' (folder equivalent) or 'datastreams' (file equivalent).
