By enabling Collabora (opens in a new tab) integration, you can open supported documents directly in the Collabora editor, allowing for an efficient, interactive editing experience. The system utilizes the WOPI protocol (Web Application Open Platform Interface) to communicate between your system and Collabora, ensuring smooth operation.

Configuring Collabora Integration

1. Access System Settings: Navigate to the System Settings section in your product.
2. Enable Collabora Integration:

• Toggle the Collabora Integration setting to Enable.

3. Configure Editing Options:

• Enable Editing: Decide whether Collabora editing should be enabled for supported documents, or if the documents should be opened in read-only mode.

4. Set Supported MIME Types: Specify the MIME types (file formats) that will be opened with Collabora. Common supported formats include DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and ODT. You can configure this list based on the types of documents your users typically work with.
5. Save Settings: After configuring the options, save your settings to enable the Collabora integration.

How It Works
