When the “Allowed at Root” button is enabled, you can create a container with the specific type at the root. Otherwise, you can create the container with this container type only into containers that you would have defined.

Enabling the "Properties on create" button allows you to conveniently assign metadata to the container at the time of its creation.

When the "Searchable" button is enabled, the container type becomes visible in search filters.

Enabling the "Unique Label" option ensures that containers created with the specified container type, whether in a container or root containers, cannot have duplicate labels.

The following are the three different container types layout available in Repox:

TypeDescription
DefaultA default layout is designed to display a container in the storefront when no specific layout has been assigned to it. It serves as a fallback option for displaying the container's content. When a default layout is activated, typically no metadata or additional information is displayed for that particular container.
RecordA record layout serves as a blueprint for the structure of a data record. With a record layout readily available for a container, you can effortlessly navigate and modify the metadata on a per-field basis, allowing you to view data values stored in non-display fields.
CataloguingWith cataloguing layout, you can efficiently document all relevant details and information for the container without any unnecessary complications or difficulties.
